Bognor Regis Concert Band is a local community band.
We perform regularly on Bognor's bandstands including the popular "Proms in the Park" and the Christmas Carol Concert. We have also performed in concerts in Felpham Village Hall, Jubilee Hall in Middleton on Sea, the Alexandra Theatre, St Wilfrid's Church, St Paul's Church in Chichester, the Weald and Downland Museum, Worthing Assembly Hall and for the Arundel Fringe Festival.

Instruments  ♪♫♪
Flutes, Piccolo, Oboes, Clarinets (Bb, Alto and Bass), Saxophones (Soprano, Alto, Tenor and Baritone), Trumpets, Trombones, French Horn, Euphonium, Tuba, Electric Bass Guitar, Drum Kit and Percussion (including xylophone, glockenspiel and timpani).
It could be said that a "Concert Band" is like an orchestra where all the strings have been replaced with an enlarged Clarinet and Saxophone section.  It is not the same as a "Big Band", "Brass Band" or a "Marching Band”.
Repertoire
 ♪♫♪
Due to the versatility of the Concert Band format, there is a wide range of music arranged for it.  Our repertoire includes marches, Classical favourites, Pop, Jazz, Swing, TV, Film and Show Music.  We aim to play music to suit all tastes.
About the Band  ♪♫♪
Since its formation it has grown in both size and reputation
and today
displays the combined musical talent
of over
thirty local musicians.
Our musicians include amateurs, semi-professional
players, teachers and students.
We are a community band in every sense!
